By being consistent and engaging in practices that will better your life, you are more likely to experience positive results and personal growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Encourages a straightforward and uncomplicated approach to problems, decisions, or tasks. Simplifying things can often lead to better understanding, efficiency, and easier problem-solving. Avoid unnecessary complexity and overthinking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you don’t make any changes or take action, you can’t expect different outcomes. In order to see progress or improvement, you need to be willing to make changes in your behavior, habits, or approach to a situation. Stagnation is unlikely to lead to any meaningful transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Secrets Keep You Sick<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

This implies that keeping secrets can have negative effects on one’s emotional and mental well-being. It suggests that by concealing or hiding important information or experiences, individuals may hinder their own healing and impede their progress towards recovery. Opening up and sharing these secrets can be a crucial step in the journey towards better health and well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To Keep What You Have, You Have To Give It Away<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

By sharing or giving away things like knowledge, wisdom, love, or support, you often end up strengthening those qualities in yourself and in your life. Encourage respecting people’s individuality and allowing them to live their lives as they see fit, without unnecessary judgment or interference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last, but not least, a favorite saying and prayer in recovery:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

God Grant Me the Serenity to Accept the Things I Cannot Change, the Courage to Change the Things I Can, and the Wisdom to Know the Difference<\/p>\nReinhold Neibuhr<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

This prayer helps you get out of yourself and think about what you actually have control over. It helps you to stop, refocus, and breathe (not just react), helping you weigh decisions and choices before deciding on the next step of action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
