(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/reel\/CzzUaJpymbA\/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&amp;igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Click here to follow my journey.<\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SO, TIME TO FOCUS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">With all the hats I am currently wearing and the addition of plates spinning and bike moving (I love my <a href=\"https:\/\/www.onepeloton.com\/digital\/checkout\/digital-gp-60d?code=YmNlMzRjZWJlZTFhNDgxMTg2ZGI4ZjIxMzUwYzFmOTN8YmQ2MDE1MGQ3M2NlNDUwYjhiNTZmNjVmNDQ2MjllYTU=\">Peloton<\/a>). I have had to take time to stop and reevaluate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">I think it is important to stop and assess. Some great markers are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Daily<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Weekly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Mothly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Quarterly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Yearly (birthday\/summer\/new year)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">5 and 10 years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Also, I do not do this perfectly.<\/strong> I just know that when I do take the time; things come into perspective. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">I&#8217;m able to see patterns, get a view of what is working and not. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>BUT the kicker is &#8230;I HAVE TO BE HONEST with myself and others. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">I have found when I&#8217;m working though an icky place I can somtimes sugar coat what&#8217;s really going on or not think\/tell &#8220;full truths&#8221;. I can be my own worst enemy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">If I&#8217;m not willing to get real how will I move forward with the best information possible???<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">So here is what I have found&#8230;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">I need <strong>focus<\/strong> (suprise suprise lol)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Not that I can only do one thing (my personality would not allow it).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">But that in this season I need to carve out time to get done what I need to get done and write. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">I need to say yes, to things that will allow me to do so, and no to the things that will pull me away. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">For example: <em>not doing all the extra fluffy stuff on social media and get my butt in a seat and write.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Another example: <em>streamlining my current <a href=\"http:\/\/funfreeandflourishing.com\/home\/my-beauty-biz\">business<\/a> and sticking to a shedule instead of flying by the seat of my pants and going where the wind blows.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Even the little things like watching TV or scrolling on social media. <em>I can have set times so I don&#8217;t get sucked in.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">(You can apply this to anything&#8230; what are you wanting to do that keeps getting away from you?)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Now for accountability!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">First YOU have my permission to ask me about my book anytime. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">I would welcome it actually!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">I have a <strong>New Goal to be finished by March 29 my birthday!!! <\/strong>How cool would that be!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">So I&#8217;m going to be carving out an hour a day (at least) and write.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><em>Do you have any goals for the New Year 2024?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Here are some things to keep in mind:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Break the goal into smaller, achievable tasks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Set specific deadlines for each task.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Prioritize tasks based on their importance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Create a timeline or project plan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Allocate resources effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Regularly review progress and adjust strategies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Seek feedback and adapt to challenges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Stay organized and use tools for tracking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Foster a supportive environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Celebrate milestones to stay motivated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Make sure to comment below so I can be cheering you on too!!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Plus reach out anytime to <a href=\"https:\/\/funfreeandflourishing.com\/home\/lets-connect\/\">connect<\/a>, bounce ideas around, have a work\/planning session or for encouragment!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I want you to FLOURISH in 2024!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">PS.
